A walk from Tilford Green to Crooksbury Hill led by Richard Baldock. The walk started at the car park by the river on the east side of Tilford Green. Richard's description of the walk was: Paths, tracks, quiet by-roads, very short stretches on busier minor roads; Hollow ways; Mostly under shade; Various woods (beech, conifer, etc); Posh houses; Ruins (distant views); 114 steps up to Crooksbury Hill (alternative sloping path available); Great views from top (coffee stop); A barking hedge (!!); A fierce but not so fierce terrier guard dog (possibly); WW2 pillbox.
There are more pictures of the walk on the Tilford Green & Crooksbury Hill Walk page on the Sandell's web site.
