Woking Leisure Centre 50+ Club

A walk on 17th January 2018 led by Hilary Thomas. We started from the car park at Newlands Corner, crossed the road and followed the forest track along the ridge, unfortunately without any views. We then went along lesser-known paths in the woods over Clandon Down and through the secret woods before returning to Newlands Corner. The walk was mostly on Forestry Commission tracks with a few slight but not steep inclines. It was a cold but sunny day. Afterwards most of us had lunch in the Onslow Arms in Clandon.
